Yoga quickly and quite intensely hit my inner space. I was absolutely fascinated by how much practice and breath work can affect the feelings in the body. Soon I started practicing yoga quite intensively under the guidance of an experienced English teacher, Tina Maria James. Yoga quickly and quite intensely hit my inner space. I was absolutely fascinated by how much practice and breath work can affect the feelings in the body. Soon I started practicing yoga quite intensively under the guidance of an experienced English teacher, Tina Maria James.
