Yoga classes will be held every Thursday from 17:30 – 18:45

In today’s hectic times, regular regeneration of the body is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. In Amenity Hotel & Resort Orlické Hory we have prepared a yoga lesson every Thursday with an experienced lecturer Vanda Troníčková. Thanks to meditative creative vinyasa you will exercise your body and delve into your inner self.

About our yoga instructor
My name is Vanda Troníčková and I met yoga for the first time in 2010 in Canada. Yoga quickly and quite intensely hit my inner space. I was absolutely fascinated by how much practice and breath work can affect the feelings in the body. Soon I started practicing yoga quite intensively under the guidance of an experienced English teacher, Tina Maria James. In 2012 I travelled to India and completed my first 200 hour YTTC ( teacher training) with an international community of teachers.
I ended my six-month stay in Asia with a silent retreat at Suank Mokh Monastery in Thailand.

I am a student of yoga therapy at Arsha yoga institution in India (Yogacharya Harilalji, Marie Meera Karanath) and a graduate of a year-long study of yoga therapy – Yoga as a conscious path, under the guidance of Akasha studio in Prague.
My personal and teaching practice has transformed over time from a dynamic yoga style to more subtle forms in response to the need to go deeper into myself. Currently I would call it meditative creative vinyasa combined with breathing and concentration techniques. I have been actively teaching group and individual classes since 2013, and have held themed educational seminars in yoga and therapy.

It is a 10 to 15 minute performance that is performed in the sauna. An experienced sauna master pours water on the stove to increase the humidity and sensation temperature in the sauna. He then scents the sauna with essential oils that are 100% natural and carefully selected according to the type of ceremony, or your preference. Next, he will stir the air and wrap you with a towel in order to better warm your body. All this is accompanied by music or other aids.

What does the sauna ceremony bring you?

Sauna ceremonies are especially beneficial for your deep warming. By increasing the humidity and waving a towel in the sauna, the body warms up more deeply. Essential oils stimulate your nervous system and when inhaled have a number of positive effects on your body. At the same time, it is a diversification of the “ordinary” sauna session.
