Hot tub

The large 15-person whirlpool helps to get rid of stress and relieve muscle tension. It allows you to be more flexible and helps to relieve soreness throughout the body.

Dry Sauna

The principle behind a sauna is overheating the body and then cooling it rapidly. This greatly reduces muscle tension and increases the range of motion of the joints. Another benefit is cold-hardiness.

Relaxation Room

After all the wellness procedures, it is best that you let your body relax. Our relaxation room has ten loungers and another nine by the pool.

Steam Bath

A pleasant steam bath with a completely different climate than a sauna. As the temperature in the steam bath is between 40 – 50 ° C and humidity is 100%, it is not hot enough to cause overheating.

Herbal Sauna

Lower temperatures, usually 70 °C, predominate in a herbal sauna. The humidity is achieved by pouring water containing fragrant essences over hot stones.

Pool

The glass-covered, heated, indoor counter-current pool with water attractions and massage jets offers panoramic views of the Eagle Mountains and the sky.

Cooling Pool

After the sauna, you can cool off in the spacious outdoor, cold-water pool. A dip completes the whole sauna ritual and trains your body to be cold-hardy.

Massages

Choose one of the many massages on offer and recharge your batteries.

Recharge at the wellness centre of Amenity Hotel & Resort Orlické hory in Deštné v Orlických horách. Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with counter-current and massage jets, a whirlpool, dry sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, outdoor cooling pool, Kneipp path, relaxation room and a selection of massages.

Wellness opening hours: 2:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

The swimming pool and wellness centre are closed during the day every Monday for regular maintenance and cleaning. They reopen no later than 7:00 p.m.

The swimwear-free wellness area with whirlpool is available to staying guests and non-resident visitors. We recommend booking admission in advance with reception.

The indoor swimming pool is available to staying guests. Non-resident visitors may also use the pool subject to current availability. We recommend checking availability or booking in advance with reception.
